It is compulsory for every student to read books from the library. Every class has a day for issuing the books. Students who wish to borrow a book should fill in the prescribed form and leave it with the librarian before the literary period. Students should return the books after the morning assembly.
Every student will have one cards only which are not transferable. A duplicate card will be issued only on payment of Rs. 50/- Every student should return the card before the term ends.
A book is issued for a week and within this period the student should return it. Otherwise a fine of Rs. 10/- will by charged and from next day Rs.01/- will be added as per the number of days.
A book can be re-issued only once.
The loss of a book or damage to it will be realise along with a special fine.
