Fee Structure

Fees Regulation

  • New pupils are charged admission and college fees for the whole year. The fees may be paid in advance for the whole year or for a term.

  • Even in case of late admission, fees from the beginning of the first term shall be charged in full.

  • Parents/guardians will kindly preserve the fee receipts issued to them and produced them as a proof of payment, if needed.

  • So long as a student's name is carried on in the register, fee will be charged in case of student leaving the college in midterm. (Viz from the month of July and thereafter).

Fee collection Dates

Fees are collected at Canara Bank, Raghuvanshi Complex 85 A, Civil Lines, Bareilly, as per schedule given below:

Fee-Collection Timings In the Bank

  • On week days: 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.

  • 1st & 3rd Saturday: 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.

Fee-Collection Timings In the Office Counter

  • On week days: 08.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

  • Failure to pay current term fees on time will incur a Rs. 100/- penalty/fine per term (additional to the regular fees). Please refer to the fee challan book for payment details & deadlines.

  • Students who have not received their pass certificate but wish to continue their studies must pay college fees for the month of April, May, June and July by 10th April at the college counter / Bank. Failure to deposit fees by the deadline implies that the student is not interested in continuing their studies, resulting in cancellation of registration and no re-admission will be granted.

  • Fee Policy “No Refunds or Reductions”. Please note that no fee reductions or refunds will be given for holidays (summer, winter etc.) other vacations and temporary absence. Fee are payable in full.

  • Students with outstanding fees will be barred from the Terminal exams and prohibited from attending college.

  • Neither the report cards nor transfer certificates will be issued till all the dues are paid in full

  • In case, if two or more students come from the same family, full fees are charged from all.

  • Fee concession, if any, are granted only for one scholastic year and no one can have any claim for the concession if the management thinks otherwise.

  • To remain eligible for fee concessions, students must demonstrate satisfactory academic performance, good conduct and behavior for ensuring year.

  • In case of loss of a challan book a duplicate may be obtained from the office counter on payment of Rs. 100/- only.
