STEPS TO FILL THE FORM ONLINE

Step-1

Enter URL www.hartmanncollege.org Click on the popup menu blinking ONLINE APPLICATION FORM Read the instructions carefully and click on the "I ACCEPT" button.

Step-2

Select the class and Fill in the form carefully and then click on "SUBMIT" an acknowledgment slip will be generated.

Step-3

After the successful completion of form, please Pay rupees 2000/- online, as application fee. You will receive an auto generated Application Form and Acknowledgement Receipt (REGISTRATION FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED)

Step-4

Submit duly filled form in SCHOOL OFFICE From: 31.01.2026 to 03.02.2026 From: 09:00 am to 2:00 pm Late comers will not be considered

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

  • FORMS ARE LIMITED. DISTRIBUTION OF FORMS WILL STOP AUTOMATICALLY ON 29/01/2026. SO PLEASE HURRY UP!
  • Uploaded Birth Certificate should contain the child's name issued by the Municipality
  • Uploaded Adhaar card of candidate size below 1 MB
  • Uploaded Photograph of the candidate size below 1 MB
  • Uploaded Recent photograph of child along with Mother & Father size below 1 MB
  • Incomplete forms and manually edited forms will be rejected and will not be called for the verification of the documents.
