NURSERY ADMISSION PROCESS FOR 2026-2027

Child must be within the age of 3 to 41/2 years as on 01.04.2026.

(Date of birth between 01-09-2021 - 31.03.2023

Online Registration is on 01.11.2025.

STEPS TO FILL THE FORM ONLINE

Step-1

Enter URL www.hartmanncollege.org Click on the popup menu blinking ONLINE APPLICATION FORM Read the instructions carefully and click on the "I ACCEPT" button.

Step-2

Select the class and Fill in the form carefully and then click on "SUBMIT" an acknowledgment slip will be generated.

Step-3

After the successful completion of form, please Pay rupees 1700/- online, as application fee. You will receive an auto generated Application Form and Acknowledgement Receipt (REGISTRATION FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED)

Step-4

Submit duly filled form in SCHOOL OFFICE From: 17.11.2025 to 19.11.2025 From: 09:00 am to 12:00 noon Late comers will not be considered.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

  • FORMS ARE LIMITED. DISTRIBUTION OF FORMS WILL STOP AUTOMATICALLY ON 10/11/2025. SO PLEASE HURRY UP!
  • Uploaded Birth Certificate should contain the child's name issued by the Municipality
  • Uploaded Adhaar card of candidate size............
  • Uploaded Photograph of the candidate size........
  • Uploaded Recent photograph of child along with Mother & Father size.........
  • Incomplete forms and manually edited forms will be rejected and will not be called for the verification of the documents.
  • Kindly contact School office for any query related to Admissions for Nursery ONLY for the session 2026-2027, on 9634542584 during school hours (i.e 07:30 am to 01:30 pm only)
