Rules and Regulations

Admission

  • This institution though primarily meant for Christians/Catholics, is also open to all, irrespective of religion, caste and creed.

  • Pupils applying for admission for class I and above are, as a rule, subjected to a written test/ interview.

  • No pupil less than 5 year and more that 6 years will be admitted to class (I) for the next higher class one year each is to be added.

  • No pupil will be admitted without a transfer certificate from the last school attended and in to case shall a student be permitted to attend classes, pending formal admission.

  • A pupil joining the college for the first time must produce satisfactory evidence of his/her date of birth, such as an extract from the municipal or village records or a baptismal certificate/hospital.

  • The date of birth of a student once entered will not be changed. The parent/guardian will have to sign an undertaking to this effect (Cir. No 110/7-1(5) 1081-82 dated 15th oct 1981, the inspector of Anglo-Indian schools, Lucknow) and of the CISCE date February,1998.

  • The transfer certificate of a pupil of std V and above joining from a school outside Uttar Pradesh must be countersigned by the educational authorities of the district in which the previous school is situated..

  • When a pupil is admitted on transfer certificate he/she shall not be placed in any class higher than that for which the certificate shows him/her to be eligible nor will he/she be promoted before the end of the academic year.

ADMISSION TO CLASS I AND ABOVE

  • Hartmann Kindergarten students will be required to submit a T.C. from Hartmann Kindergarten school to be admitted to std (I) Admission to classes I to VIII depends on availability of vacancies. There is no reservation of seats for transfer cases.

  • Students are admitted to classes IX-XI if they belong to schools affiliated to CISCE, Delhi subject to the availability of vacancies, and those of other boards, after obtaining clearance from the CISCE board.

ADMISSION TO CLASS XI

  • The students of class X will be given a choice- subject form in the month of February of every academic year. Student, who does not submit the form on the stipulated data will not be considered for admission to class XI, whatever his percentage or other claims may be./p>

  • No recommendation/pressure will be entertained for the admission in class XI as groups are allotted strictly on merit after the CISCE board results in May/June every year.

  • This being an English medium school, those who obtain 60% and above in English will be concert for admission to any course, besides the required percentage in the subject opted for. The percentage will be fixed based on the school results, the character of the student in general and marks obtained in Std IX, X and preboard exams, his co-operation in maintaining college discipline will be the other criteria for admission. The final decision depends on the selection committee and the principal.

  • The candidate is required to confirm his admission within six days after the declaration of CISCE result by depositing the requisites fees, non-refundable in case of discontinuation or withdrawn later.
